Zootopia character not Included gold edition

I got the game yesterday all 3 them in a gold edition pack but I dont got Judy and Nick within the game as well

I think they left this gold edition unfinished... Judy and Nick still appear in the disney infinity collection list, but I can't choose them in the character selection.

Not only zootopia, Finding Dory playset & Marvel battleground also aren't there.

This is saddening...

send this to disney support, or on the infinity forums on their site, disney never looks in the steam forum.
