DLC not working

So I downloaded the 2.99 Sally Face game then I downloaded the Season Pass/DLC. The DLC didn't hook up. So I figured I'd just buy the entire game instead, maybe that would make a difference. I refunded Sally face and the DLC, and downloaded the whole thing again. It didn't work. send help plz ;-;

Go to game library right click on Sally Face then click Properties and a popup will appear. Click on DLC on the bottom left. Now you should see a picture of Sally Face Season Pass. Make sure it is checkmarked, and probably uncheck and recheck it just to be safe. Then go to Updates and make sure its set to always keep game upto date.

You may have to completely replay part 1 for the game to continue into the DLC.

I already checked it and stuff lol but yeah I guess I'll try playing the entire episode 1 again.

the exact same thing happend to me. it doesn't really work on mac but it worked on windows for me. it really sucks because now my windows computer doesn't work so now i cant play :( i hope for your sake it does tho

you have to go on delete game/save file in the start menu of the game. then you click on chapter two and you'll start the second chapter. hope this helps anyone.
