DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND THE VHS TAPE'S?

Sure!

Tape #1:
You get the first one by unlocking Beelzebub's fourth door at the start of episode 4.
Tape #2:
Found in the back of the shed next to the workstation.
Tape #3:
In Addison Apartments, go to Room 203 and collect the pocket knife from the kitchen.
Go to Room 201. In the bedroom with the life support machine, use the pocket knife on the patch of carpet.
Use the code '435542'. The tape will be in the safe.
Tape #4:
Go to Room 404 and use the pocket knife on the broken tape laying on the living room floor. This will fix the tape.
Tape #5:
Go to Room 503 and walk until reaching the hole in the wall. Press space until the wall falls loose and you'll find another tape.
Tape #6:
While playing as Larry go to Room 501 and use the Deadstone on the man.
Switch to Sal and go to Room 501. The key to Room 504 will be on the floor where the Unknown Man was sitting.
Go to Room 504 into the bedroom. Walk to the end of the room where the hole is and go through it.
Switch back to Larry and go to Room 504. Go through the hole in the bedroom.
Use the Deadstone on the tape laying on the floor.
Switch back to Sal and pick up the tape.
Tape #7:
Playing as Larry, go to Room 404.
Walk to the right until you see the tape on the ground and use the Deadstone.
Switch to Sal and the tape will be on the floor in the same location.
Tape #8:
As Larry, go to Room 303 and pick up the dark pony.
Once the Pillar on the second floor has been destroyed, go to Room 204.
Place the dark pony in the middle of the pentagram.
As Sal, go to Room 204 and the tape will be there.
Tape #9:
As Sal, go to Room 104 and get the carrot.
Place the carrot on the floor outside of Room 101.
Switch to Larry and find the lighter at the end of the hallway on floor 1.
Walk to the other end of the hallway until you get to Room 101. Use the lighter on the rabbit.
Switch back to Sal and the tape will be where the rabbit was.
