How to get in door 5 and what's the deal with the hexagons

So, ive been playing Sally face with having every achievment ( even tho Steam does have a different opinion on that) and now, in episode 5, i'm also trying to get every possible information from the game.

I have collected every hexagon that is needed to open the 5th door (you can reach it through walking pass the 4th door or behind the closet in the clay szene).

Here is a List how to reach every hexagon:
1. after talking to Neil, you can go to the bathroom. Beside the sink is the first one.
2. When being in the church and placing C-4, the hexagon with 3 dots will be in the east hall.
3. After talking to Jim and entering the door "2", you will play as cartoon sal, the one with 2 dots is underneath sal's bed.
4. When playing 3D sal, walk to the very left, you will find the hexagon with 4 dots.
5. After entering the 4th door, you can play as a "tim burton" sal. Walk to the very right and find the next hexagon.
6. When having awaken sal in ash`s arm, go to the very left of the graveyard, do NOT exit and find the last piece.

Now, when you found every piece, you should be able to enter the 5th door. You will reach it again when playing as Clay-Sal and moving the closet at the left of the room.

This is where im stuck and can not get into the room, apperently a code is needed to get into the room.
Blue = 1
Violet = 2
White = 3
Green = 4
Black = 5
Red = 6

Has anyone figured it out?

White Black Blue Red Green Purple/Violet
The answers aren't the color of the hexogon, but actually the color of the dots. Like how on the white hexogon there was 3 blue dots and such. Hope this helps!
