Episode 5 Door 5 (Spoilers)

Has anyone gotten into door 5 towards the end of the game? I figured it's got something to do with those little tiles scattered about episode 5 but when I got to the door I was missing 2 and I'm honestly too lazy to go back and find them. Has anyone had any luck with finding them all and getting that door open?

Six pieces are found in: the very left of the cemetery, bathroom floor before maple escape, under sal's bed after he entered door 2, very left bottom corner after sal turns to 3d in door 3, go right before you enter the cave. The combination to unlock the door is white black blue red green purple

a lot of discussion on this topic has been answered previously if you look thru the general discussions.

basically you have to collect/view all 6 tiles and when u encounter door 5 again when you're in the temple you have to press them in a certain order. i dont remember if this is the right order but i think its purple,green,red,blue,black,white.
