Achievement bugged, can't 100% the game.

Hey, i have every single achievement for this game on steam except for "The Unknown", which is from chapter 1. But when i go to achievements on the main menu it says I infact have it. So i think this is causing it to bug so i cant actually acquire the achievement on steam. I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling, even deleting the game save file from appdata and i still can't get it. please any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello! I know what you mean! If you have replayed Episode 1 and didn't get the achievement in that gameplay, it will reset the achievements on that gameplay. So, the first time you played it, you got the achievement, but the second time you played, you didn't. All you'll have to do is replay Episode 1 to get the '100%' again!

Sorry im not quite sure what you meant. if you mean you have to go for the achievement and finish the chapter at the same time, i have just done that and i didnt get the achievement. If thats not what you meant, sorry but do you mind being a bit more specific if thats alright

Have you replayed Episode 1? Like started a new game after finishing it/playing Episode 1 more than once?
If you have, then you got the achievement the first time you played, but not the second. Since the second time would be your most recent time playing, it saved that one as a new game. To get '100%' again, you have to replay Episode 1 and get all of the achievements again in that game play.

yeah i've already tried that method sorry. even deleted the save and started completely new

i've deleted app data, uninstalled and reinstalled etc. nothing works, i think its bugged to be honest because it's the only achievement i'm currently having issue with as well.

Are you completing the achievement correctly? I had been having troubles with the "Brothers" achievement from Chapter 4, only to realize that I had been missing a couple steps.
For The Unknown, the first step is to interact with one of the doors/drawers in the morgue before we approach Sal's mother.
The second step is to go to the fifth floor and interact with the hole in the wall near the far right beside room number 501.
The third step is to go to the kitchen in Larry's apartment before meeting Larry.
I hope this helps! If not, then maybe it might be. Steve just fixed a bunch of bugs earlier this month, too, but it wouldn't surprise me if there were still some.

I've done the steps in that exact order every time and cleared and reset my achievement data both in game and in the files directory so i genuinely just think its bugged cos even on new game it doesn't work or when u switch up the order you find the oddities in. I just hope its fixed soon as i hate not 100%ing games.

Its definitely bugged. I contacted the developer a little bit ago and he said he'll look into it, so the issue is known.

A solution was just recommended by the developer and confirmed to work by another player, which also worked for me. I just simply started a new game, and then instead of going to the hole in the wall secondly, you go to the ghost in the basement room. So in order, you go; the morgue, then the basement, and then the hole in floor 5, and it should work.

I can't seem to unlock the achievement Devour, I got all the seals and idk why it won't show up
