episode 1: chug ?

How do i get the key from chug ? hes being a caution wet floor sign and i dont know how to move that. please help

I think to talk to chug you have to visit the fifth floor first and then ask Larry about ghosts, but to get the complete experience you also have to get the combination right in the dream (you'll know if the box doesn't short out) and grab the batteries (only possible if the combo is right) and game for the gear boy.

The hint is that the sign on the door changes from 'batteries not included' to 'batteries included' but the main point is that the box doesn't short circuit.

If you've played chapter two the gear boy game is plainly mentioned along with its location if you have trouble finding it.
