Super Gear Boy Glitch

WARNING: (Possible) Spoilers

So I downlaoded the two episodes yesterday and immediately started playing and I've watched a few let's plays on it so I kinda knew what to do; so when the Super Gear boy was already in my inventory when I started the first episode I knew it was a glitch. I just kept on playing though because I didnt think it would cause any trouble. So I played trough the first episode (Which I really liked, good work!) and started playing te second one today. I'm now at the point where I have to get the stuff so Todd can create the super gear boy, the problem being: I already gave everything that he needed to him but he didnt say anything after that and the only option when I clicked on 'talk' again was -I'll be right back-. I can't continue the game now, going to his bathroom by myself doesnt work, talking to him doesn't work and in my inventory it just says 'Find upgrade for the Gear Boy'. This really sucks and I don't know if deleting the game and re-installing it would work so before I'm gonna try this I just hoped somebody could help me. Thanks!

Hi, glad you're enjoying the game so far! Unfortunately there was an update (live for only a few hours) that caused the error of starting with the SGB. As soon as I realized it was out there, I fixed it right away and pushed the new update. However, for anyone that happened to start the game with that previous version, then they won't be able to complete the game. The only way to fix it is to delete your save and make sure you have the most recent update before starting again. If you'd rather not start episode 2 again and don't mind waiting a little while, I'm thinking I may be able to modify your save file. If you wanna try that way out, shoot me an email: [e-mail]

Sorry for the inconvenience! I really try hard to make sure everything is air tight but sometimes little things slip through the cracks.

Oh, okay, thanks for letting me know! It's okay, I guess I'll just delete my save and try it again.. Hope I'll be able to play everything normally soon! Thanks you so much for your answer and keep up the great work! :)
