Vita DLCs included?

Hey, I was wondering if this version includes the extra character portraits DLCs the Vita version has (school swimsuits and dark skin). I'm kind of torn on where to buy this game, I prefer on the Vita because I like playing this kind of dungeon crawler RPGs on the go or my bed, but the dual audio and cheaper price (it is 19.99$ here and on PSN Store but in my currency here it's definitely cheaper than 19.99$) makes me lean towards steam version. If the DLCs are also included then even after taking portability in consideration I'd find it hard not to buy this one instead of the Vita version o.o

Just bought it and just in case some poor soul gets here with the same question: Yes, it does include every single Vita DLC.
