Also, I'd like to give the developers a kick in the kneecaps for that tedious segment.
I mean, on the one hand, I appreciate the segment for showing just how critical Code-Rise is without putting you in a scenario where you'll just be oneshot... but it really IS a tedious segment.
Of all the asinine things to keep working in that segment...
How and why I confirmed this: My comp sucks and some areas basically play in slow-motion. I was in desperate need of a decent grinding spot that ran above 30 FPS (It's a turn based game so the FPS doesn't matter as much, but it DOES slow progress considerably when the game doesn't skip frames and is basically running in slow-mo. I'd honestly prefer choppiness over this in a turn based game.) In other words, I needed something "visually simple" like the Morimoto High-Rise, Hinowa Abyss, or Kagura District... as opposed to "complex" zones like the Cemetary (the rain) Babyl Sphere (that hazy effect) or the Subway (the reflective glass.)
By sheer coincidence, I noticed that the room where you fight X-Wizar in the Mission where you need to expose Administrator Shintaro ran much more smoothly than the area outside it, so much so that it felt like flipping on a Fast Forward function. So I stopped to grind for a bit. The exp was surprisingly good (Over 200 from massive swarms of drills I could one-round, and well over 1000 from Robo PD groups) so I gained several levels (18-22) in what felt like no time at all. By the time I stopped, I had 17 Curry Care - but do keep in mind that I had all the available Curry Care up until that point and had only used the one on Lost New Officer in the first semester, so I might have only gained 2-3.
For the sake of stating it in case it makes a difference, this was before my Academic learned "Salvage" at level 22. I do not know if this makes a difference. I saved and quit upon reaching 22.
Plus it's become a bit of a running joke. :P
