Walkthrough?

I've been walking around the Kagura district for near 2 hours now for the undercover investigation quest and this ♥♥♥♥ just doesn't make sense. I legit have no idea what I'm meant to be doing or where I'm meant to be going. Just a bunch of locked doors I can't figure out how to open.

Is there a walkthrough online anywhere to help me out? The game is starting to feel really tedious.

I know of a Japanese walkthrough site for the original XTH game at http://spoiler.sakura.ne.jp/rr/gxth/ but tbh I think you're probably better off asking here. The quest you're on for example:

Go to kagura District East, (as Kaito asked you to) and head straight from the entrance to X8 Y13 and do the event. After that, just do as you're asked and find the nearest stairs. Once you get upstairs and explore you can't miss the second event and then it's quest done.
