Hand saw

are we just missing something or are hand saws like completely impossible to find? we have found a million hack saws but not a single hand saw since coming back to the game

Apparently they are hard to find at first, but when you do, you'll come across them more frequently. Happened all three times I started new game.
If you haven't, try searching inside metal refineries, as far as I remember I found some useful items there, along with the handsaw.
