Support for non US qwerty keyboards.

I have a Swedish keyboard so the second keyboard player can't go right. Where ';' is on the English keyboard we have 'ö'. I think it's the same issue for all Nordic countries, Germany, etc.

Easiest solution is to move player 2's keys one step to the left (where they normally are placed in games supporting multiple keyboard players).
