Controls not working at ALL

I have a Logitech Chillstream controller (which Windows recognizes as an X360 controller) that works fine on every game I've tried it with so far.

In this game, it just... doesn't do anything, I get the button prompts in the main menu and that's about it, any button I press does nothing, Lara doesn't move, it just doesn't work. Again in all other games (including Tomb Raider games) it works fine.

Is there a fix for this?

does this even have controller support?
as far as i know, the controls are 'click and drag the mouse in the direction you want to move'.

Says "full controller support" on the store page, don't know how reliable that label is though

It has controller support and I got mine to "work", but the sensitivity was awful and I found that Lara wasn't moving in the directions she was supposed to be with the controller a lot of the time.

It works great with steam controller for me, but you have to be very careful to launch the game with the controller and don't touch the keyboard/mouse at all, if the game recognizes K/M input when it launches it will switch on it and you will never get the controller input back.
I got the same issue with Payday2, game switches itself and then you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥, impossible to switch from one to another.

It works great with Xbox controller. I've played so many games with it on Steam, i lost count. I would suggest you go to get one - the wireless controller.

I never got either of my controllers to work, so I just played with the mouse.

The game is phenomenal!

Gamepad works fine (Logitech F310 here). You just have to change from X input to D input to get it to work. Once changed, works perfectly.

I have a Dinput only controller (albeit an older one, Logitech Rumblepad 2) and it didn't work either.
