We are thrilled to announce that the biggest update for Campfire: Night One so far has arrived, and we've stylishly named it REBURN! Over the past period, we haven't just been polishing the code behind the scenes, but we’ve also addressed a ton of your requests and feedback.

Here is everything new that REBURN has in store for you:

Many of you complained that Jay was too easy to outsmart and didn't chase you aggressively enough. Well, you asked for it, and we delivered! But seriously, we have one request: please don't let your first reaction be that it's too hard now! 😂

• No Escape: Jay now climbs stairs, follows you into the cabin, and if you think you can get away by jumping onto a bed or table... well, good luck!

• Smarter AI: He received the smoother movement system seen in the Area 75 demo, so he turns toward you much more seamlessly.

• Fair Play: Of course, we kept game balance in mind—we won't let him freely enter vital quest locations. But brave campers will still need to buckle up!

• 🎮 New Settings Menu: We integrated the settings system from Area 75! More options, better keyboard and controller support, and no more stretched UI or distorted imagery.

• 🧂 Visual Disintegration: After a chase, Whispers will now visibly turn to dust if you cross the protective salt line.

• 🕯️ Guiding Lights: We placed extra torches and light sources in darker areas to show you the way if your cheap batteries fail you.

• 🚨 Guard Room Fix: We fixed the alarm so it no longer gets stuck or ruins a crucial part of the main questline.

• 🚶‍♀️ Nancy Gives You Space: We tweaked her behavior so she stands a bit farther away from you. Sisterly love is important, but she needs to let you breathe!

We overhauled the tutorial to make it much easier to digest. However, keep in mind: this is still a No hand-holding survival horror game, so out in the wild, you'll still have to rely on your own instincts! Good luck on the path leading to the camp!

We updated the credits list, where we hid a little surprise at the very end:

1. We highlight the free demo of our upcoming scifi-action game, Area 75 (check it out on Steam if you haven't yet!).

2. We reveal the cover art for the next chapter! Campfire Night Two: BARD OF DEATH will arrive by the end of this year! Follow our journey and add it to your wishlist!

• Flake Collaboration: A brand-new Easter Egg has been added to the game! We translated FLAKE: The Legend of Snowblind from English to Hungarian, and we wanted to celebrate that with this little addition.

• Thanks to Streamers and Youtubers: We absolutely love watching your streams! We are especially grateful for how you bring bugs to light during playtests. We've fixed a ton of these small issues in REBURN.

• Birth of the Deer-Man: A special shoutout goes to GyepmesterB, whom we can thank for the unforgettable "pigman-deerman" moment! We laughed so hard that, in his honor, REBURN now features a brand-new enemy: The Deer-Man! 🦌

We want to express our gratitude for all the positive feedback, so alongside the REBURN update, Campfire: Night One will be available at a 65% discount starting July 30th! (Of course, if you already own the game, updating it will automatically give you all the new content.)

Gear up, dive back into the expanded horrors of the first night, and join us for the next camping trip! 🔥

We are thrilled to announce that the suffocating dread of claustrophobia and the terrors lurking in the dark are now available in a single, discounted bundle on Steam! We’ve teamed up to bring you the Open Flame & Closed Doors collection, where limited resources meet pure psychological torment. In this selection, every single step could cost you your life.

• Campfire: Night One: The spark. Wake up alone in the shadows of the ominous Lockwood Castle and fight for survival in the Abanda wilderness. What started as an innocent prank among friends quickly devolves into a bloody struggle for survival. Use your flashlight wisely to navigate, but never forget: light attracts what lives in the dark... Do the monsters walk among us, or do they live within?

• 7th Floor: The confinement. Immerse yourself in a story-driven psychological horror with a suffocating atmosphere, set inside an insane asylum. Your task seems simple: find your missing daughter, Clare. However, as you navigate the corridors, you will uncover dark secrets and encounter deadly enemies. Scavenge for ammo, solve logical puzzles, and most importantly: avoid the Doctor. He is a haunting entity you cannot destroy – your only options are to flee and hide.

Now you can get both games together at a special discounted price! This is the perfect opportunity to dive into the deepest depths of narrative horror, where the dread of cold, enclosed corridors goes hand in hand with the unpredictable night of the wilderness. If you love it when your survival depends on the clever management of weapons and flashlights, then this is the bundle for you.

Thank you for your continuous support! Prepare yourselves, because the secrets of the past never stay buried forever... and the darkness is already watching you. 🧠🔥
