Is there something wrong with the game?

My question.
I was happily trying to play this VN for the first time and after a few seconds of opening it, my whole PC froze.

It shouldn't be a problem from my computer, it's not bad. I should be able to run any VN with no problem

I'm having problems as well. While my PC doesn't freeze, the game constantly crashes after after starting the game and advancing the the dialogue a bit (I just got my copy from Denpasoft). I'm still trying to see if I can isolate the problem.

So far I think I'm crash free if I run the 32bit version instead of the 64bit version (I'm running this on W10).
