have gotten every achievement except these. locked for me and my coop partner. i am the law seems quite easy when looking at the % of people who've completed it

I'm pretty sure the "Get Down" is bugged, everything else works fine for me.
I checked the "progression.dat" file under the save folder, it seems that the shout count is not tracking properly, it stays at 0.

I just did this achivement today, so it works.

Apparently you have to yell "get down!" 1000 times in one mission to get it. I just tried to get it in one go and the achievement popped! Took me around 21 minutes of button mashing, though.

I don't think it' one mission. I think people over estimate ham many times they alreay shouted and under estimate how much is a 1000.
I had tha easier - just a simple macro for a mouse button and wait for few minutes :)

You might be right, of course, it is rather hard to estimate how many times someone has been using something over the course of the entire playthrough, but I do know for a fact that I've been spamming E fairly actively throughout mine, and that the player's statistics have been recording since the game's release and stored somewhere in the game's files, hence it has nothing to do with the time achievements have been implemented. So you would assume that I, and many others, would have gotten that achivement fairly quickly, if not instantly, (assuming they've already completed the campaign with decent ranks on all the missions) but that didn't happen. Also, a person above us stated that the game doesn't track properly the total amount of shouts that a player made, so yeah...
Anyway, I do not think that it is possible to confirm or deny whether the achievement is indeed bugged or not, unless somebody from the DEV team stumbles upon this thread and decides to give us some answers on the topic.
On the other hand, the good news is, we now know that, even if it doesn't work properly at the moment, it is still very much possible to obtain this achievement. :47_thumb_up:

Weird, i just got all the achievements and this was one of the first i got. Definitely dont need to be on one level, it just popped playing normally. I did shout a lot per level, though.
