Bad physics

1,- Ball hits border of the paddle, instead of bouncing back it goes down. No other game I know behaves like this.
2.- Shoot the ball into a brick corridor: instead of going all the way through it will bounce back at a random point. No other breakout clone does this.
3.- If the ball is at maximum speed it will go through the paddle.
4.- Mouse controls are laggy and slow.

This is probably the worse breakout clone I've ever played.
