How do I access the schoolhouse sixth floor trap chests?

They both are behind gates. How do I open them? With hidden buttons on the walls?

You mean the tall breakable pillars which you can smash with Machias, Millium, or Laura?

Lol those. I guess Millium is right then regarding brute force to solve 90% of the problems.
