Is there a way to rewind dialogue?
In Trails of the Sky series if you accidently pushed a button and went too far you could go back to reread. Is there an option like that in this game?

I think you can do that in the Evolution versions, but I was not aware the PC version has that function.

Yeah in the PC version as long as the chat bubbles are up, you could go back and reread if you went too fast. I was wondering if the feature made it in here. I was trying to find it but I can't tell if I can't find it because I'm just not noticing it or if it doesn't exisit.

I know from the Cold Steel notebook menu it has it so you can see the last several voice acted dialogues and let's you replay the voice along with it, but I don't remember if it keeps record of parts without voice acting.
edit:
I just checked in game and all it records are the voiced out parts that are done automatically while roaming around without any prompts (such as approaching certain areas and commenting about it without going into a cutscene, or finding treasure chests)

If all you care for is a summary of what happened, like all trails games, you can look for a diary section for a summary of everything that has happened throughout the game up till the present.

My only advice is: save often, save on many different slots. At least one for each chapter, maybe even one for each story advancement.

At the end of my playthrough I had like 200 save files.
