What exactly does that entail? This isn't a VN. If you're asking for something 18+, you'd need a texture artist and a modder to replace the textures, not just getting files that were already removed...

There is no adult patch. This game doesn't contain any adult content so you will have to either wait for a mod or make one yourself if that sort of thing interest you. No such mod or patch exists to my knowledge, but I doubt many people into this series would know. Sorry!

FYI, since it seems like you're unfamiliar with this game/series, almost all the characters are under 18 years old. Yes, actually under 18, not just really-6000-years old-but-only-looks-under-18.

To answer the question of the original post, I'm not 100% sure but I can 99.9% guarantee there is some kind of patch out there that does this. There is for pretty much every single game with anime women/girls, so I don't see why there wouldn't be for this game. You're better off doing a Google search for that kind of thing instead of asking people here, because you are going to get spammed with responses of uptight goody two shoe people who don't even answer your question. I think it would be a little bit funny to be honest to have some kind of nudity patch, the swimming scenes and other scenes would be hilarious, and my wife agrees.

I honestly think that OP would find more satisfaction in looking for some adult art of the characters rather than putting some naked models in the game that won't make any sense.

There's nothing wrong with asking about an adult patch for a Japanese game. It's a fair question. Sure, it'd be funny in some scenes. But it shouldn't be a surprise that certain fans would get annoyed when someone focuses on getting the underaged kawaii anime girls naked instead of focusing on the game itself.
