As rhjh20 said, the PC version of Trails of Cold Steel I and II have 50% extra voice acting (bringing the total number of voiced lines in each game up from about 10,000 to about 15,000), and the new feature: Turbo Mode. Turbo Mode allows you to speed up the game to your liking at the press of a button. The PC ports for these games are great, and also have increased framerate and decreased loading times.
I would highly recommend the PC version of these games, as, along with them being the definitive versions, there are also other entries in this series that are not available on the PS VITA. Trails in the Sky FC and SC are available on PC and PSP, and I've heard the PSP version (if bought digitally) can be played on the PS VITA, but Trails in the Sky the 3rd is PC only, the currently unlocalized Trails to Zero and Trails to Azure will likely also be PC onli if/when they get localized, and Trails of Cold Steel III and IV are currently only on PS4, though they are likely to be ported to PC once they are localized. So if you don't want to have to switch consoles part-way through the series, or if you want them all in one place, you would probably have to get them on PC.
