Merchant Bug

So i'm in Chapter 2 in Bareahard, and all Orbment Factories only sell EP Charge. I have 11 U-Material and can't buy new weapons or anything else. Is this a bug?

Orbal Factories never sell weapons. They just upgrade existing ones. The weapon shop in Bareahard is located in the convenience store near the station.

Yeah you have 2 lines on the right-hand tab when upgrading a weapon:
1) the weapon.
2) the U-Mats.

If the 2 lines are white, you can do the upgrade.

Note that even if it says 0/1 for the weapon but it says equipped in parenthesis,you'll be able to upgrade the weapon. And the line will be in white as well.
