Sadly, no. There's no cross-save.
FTFY. Everyone is praying for the zero/ao ports, but unfortunately it's much more complicated than it was with sen.
Every financial push will help them negotiating for the last two missing titles / make it more feasible to do ports.
And you could mod ps3/vita version a year ago.
Arguing you can't do something without modding on PC is like arguing you can't walk without having to stand up.
It's simple and easy to do, and not really a valid point since you actually can do it.
However the fact you could mod the older versions is quite valid. Only it's far more difficult than here, the mod is literally just dragging and dropping some files into the folder.
