where is mushroom cap

I need to give someone 10 mushroom cap , but i cant find. is it a common stuff or special of mission

You need those that climb from the ground and climb back, they can be found in an ice cave, walk around the shaman

Are they monsters? I cant touch them

You have to hit them once with a sword. It's like a mini game. Try to hit the one that climbs out closer.

The ones that surface, and then burrow back into the ground. They're usually purple, red, blue, maybe green. You'll know you're close if you hear an odd popping sound. You have to be running near one when it surfaces, and swing at one at close range to grab a cap.
