Island of the damned TRANSFER?!

Have any way to get out from island of the damned?

i finish all the story then back to island of the damned

try to finished all dark part

and my teleport stone and my relife saved in here

now ist tatally stuck, no way to get out from here

does anyone have same situation?

Thank you for reply. I set just near by the Death, now I can't find anyway to get out the island. And also no story or any mission totally stuck, search every place on island already.
