If you paid the full price for this game, you may have gotten ripped off. I bought this game for less than a dollar and even I feel ripped off

If you don't notice the key in a drawer then congratulation, you are stucked until you find it. The game is full of this kind of stuff, 1 from 10.

I generally like the Bad Dream games but the biggest issue they all have is that you can only interact with things in a specific order, so something that looks important but can't be used will be needed later, at that point you forget about it because you couldn't take it in the first place Same thing with doors that can't be opened, anything that can be interacted in general. That alone ruins these games, a lot of the puzzles have no real logical connections as well which just makes it worse.

I had an issue with this particular Bad Dream game because I reached a point where I couldn't continue. I had a vhs tape that was meant to go in a tv, there are only two tvs in the level and neither can be interacted with and nothing else can be interacted with either.
It's hard to recommend a game that doesn't function even if I generally like the series.

[EN] Frustrating game. The aesthetic and the theme are nice, but the mechanics are very problematic. There is no real puzzle to solve, you only go clicking in random things hoping that they are what you need (and the objects collected are nonsense, you never know when something is useful or not). There is no way to distinguish between clickable and non-clickable objects, and sometimes an object that wasn't clickcable suddenly becomes clickable, so you have to try and retry and than try again, all without any sense of progression. I love point and click games, but with this one I had to request my money back.

[PT-BR] Fiquei muito decepcionado com esse jogo. Eu esperava um point n click casual mediano e acabei me deparando com uma experiência frustrante. A estética e o tema são legais, mas a mecânica é muito problemática. Não existe nenhum puzzle interessante para ser resolvido. Os objetos coletados são sem sentido e você nunca sabe para o que eles servem. Não existe distinção entre objetos que podem ser clicados de objetos que não podem ser clicados, e, para piorar, há vezes em que um objeto não-clicável se torna clicável sem motivo aparente. É tudo muito aleatório e sem senso de progressão. Agora jogos de point n click, mas, dessa vez, infelizmente, tive que pedir meu dinheiro de volta...

I beat it, but I didn't enjoy it. I just kinda wanted to get it over with.

Cool concepts and gorey art, but excessively cryptic and illogical at times. Multiple times, I tried to do something early in a chapter, only to get told no, but then have to do it a specific time LATER. Feels bad man

If you want to play a gory flash game, this qualifies, and it does have some cool branching and excellent multiple puzzle solutions. That said, some of the logic and game design is a little clunky -- such as the fact that you can spend the first half of the game using a magnifying glass icon in your inventory as your tool to examine things, and the second half using an eyeball item in your inventory to examine things, and there's no particularly clear explanation of when to swap from one to the other, or even that that's what the eye is for. There are some item interactions that you cannot do until after you've looked at the right thing -- ie, no grabbing ingredients until after you've read a recipe, even if the ingredients are very obvious and you want to try. There are also times when the solution to a puzzle is to leave the screen and come right back.

Expect to get stuck without a walkthrough. If you don't mind using one, expect a reasonable time. Think "Fran Bow" or "Cat Lady".
