How to get messenger achievement?

I try to get all the achievements of this game *for 19.6 hours*!!!!I
There's only this achievement left...
Wiki said i can get it during the spider or crow bad ending, but steam's opinions do not.
They said it is during the butcher bad ending.

I think this achievement needs pictures of people who had nothing bad that *I did*
And in last chapter nurse opens the door when I take pictures 3 of them. In the bad endings I have to poison fisherman, so he is not in the list. Then the doctor room is locked. (I don't know when it opens, maybe knowing this one would be helpful?)
And in the Butcher ending, *toilet eye guy(what words to call him?) lie on the floor of toilet. (also, he is in the water purifier room at cyclops ending, but I heard this ending smash getting achievements)
And *a women lies in front of doctor's office.
So... I have to find third one.
1. doctor (Is it possible to open his office in butcher ending?)
2. fisherman (wiki said to get this achievement, I have not to picture him.)
3. the man who gives me finger (If I didn't follow the butcher line his not my sin.)
4. flowing gut guy (if fisherman is not at the elevator and maybe I can picture his pieces)
5. The updates makes it impossible
6. Your new guesses

If you give me some clues, it would be so thankful.

I do not understand, which achievement do you need?
I recommend checking the GUIDE section on steam for instructions.

I need "Messenger -Death's Messenger(secret)" achievement. Thank you

I remember it required you to end up with boy meeting death. Probably while showing death pictures. Everything else was in the guide, I think.
