Voice of Reason achievement

Guides say that I need to have max health in the end, but I can't accomplish that. First, in the graveyard either Scarecrow or some guy(zombie? caretaker? dunno who he is) attacks me(depending if I killed crow in the second chapter or not).
Then in the 5th chapter butcher starts attacking me. After I give chewed food to the old man and exit room to get him water, I get empty can and go into WC, then when I exit WC butcher immediately attacks. Also he attacks later.

"Voice of Reason
Kill the birds in the beginning, let the crow bite your fingers off. In the hospital, take the scissors and cut off the paralyzed man's fingers. Do not take any damage, so be wary when picking flowers, etc. Resume everything as normal. Once you get to the last chapter, let the butcher catch you. After that the child will follow you. Go to the kitchen, grab the severed head and go back to the roof. Go to the graveyard and complete the game. Found by hurtybitey."
I did
kill all crows, get attacked by crown monster. Get light wounds, bird hate, blood on hands. Then cut the patient fingers getting butcher. I avoided killing spiders and window crow. Got camera on cementery to scare away frankenstein. Didn't hurt myself by touching torns/spiders/mouses/crows. Gave flower to the fly. Scarecrow didn't appear. Continued the game normally, avoiding getting hurt on things. Was attaked by butcher once. Last chapter, finally got to butcher scene second time and was captured, got the head... and met death. There is option of getting photos too, not sure which one was necessary for the ending you need.

Thank you! First part I've already seen in the guide, but tips in the second part really helped.
Didn't know there's camera in chapter 3. After some exploration got it and it helped.
As it turns out, that guy is a gravedigger, not frankenstein. From the dialog with lady there:
There's a crazy gravedigger wandering through the cemetery.
He tries to throw everyone in a grave, no matter if they are dead or alive.

Maybe also helped that I didn't smash doll in the very beginning. The more bad deeds you commit, the more dangerous environment becomes. Didn't kills spiders. Butcher attacked only once in that 5th chapter(seems unavoidable).

Hints for those who may have trouble with this achievement:

Do only those bad deeds that can't be ignored for this achievement and of course those which are unavoidable, like hurting dog and poisoning guy in the woods:
- Kill all crows in the first chapter - to damage your hand.
- Don't smash doll in the first chapter - that may lead to more dangers later(probably).
- Cut off fingers in the second chapter - or Butcher won't appear.
- Don't kill crow in the second chapter, otherwise scarecrow and much later crow monster will appear(though I ran away from crow monster, just need to know where).
- Don't kill spiders in the second chapter, otherwise later spider would appear with unavoidable large amount of damage(bite off my hand! crowbar didn't help)
- Don't stab eye in the second chapter(maybe that will lead to Cyclops' ending?)
- Get camera in the third chapter before going into the locked shed, thus avoid damage from the gravedigger.
- Hurt people as much as you can, after all you should take their photos. Get camera in the graveyard in the 8th chapter, then take photo of zombie in the grave(you cut off his arm) and only after that exit graveyard via balloon.
- And of course avoid any damage from touching things. It can be totally avoided, by using glove and crowbar.

@karosty Forgive me for posting in an old thread, but I was a little unclear on one thing. You said you got attacked by the butcher once, do you mean once total or once *before* the time you're *supposed* to let him catch you, then again at the end? I got attacked in the bathroom in the scene where you're supposed to get the water and I wasn't sure if that was okay to get this achievement.

It's important to note that this achievement and the Messenger achievement are based on who you took photos of. Taking photos of people you didn't directly harm will just end up giving you the Messenger achievement. To get the Voice Of Reason achievement, you need to take a photo of someone you directly harmed like the fisherman you poisoned or the paralysed guy who had his fingers chopped off.
