Got ALL achievements! (Developer commented)

Well, guys! The quest of getting all of the achievements has finally finished! Thank you especially to my two friends marcie & hurtybitey for staying up late trying to figure these out. Thank you to Desert Fox for the tremendously helpful hint for Dirty Cursor! And, lastly, thank you to anyone else who has helped us out. Oh yes, basically I followed the step by step of what the guide says:

 Helpful Butcher
In Chapter 1, kill every single crow and allow the crow monster to bite your fingers off. (Like you have a choice.) Once you arrive at the hospital (Chapter 2) pick up the scissors and cut the paralyzed man's fingers off. The lunch lady will ask you to kill the spiders in the lunch room, so kill them. Do not capture them. Get the glue from the perverts room and take the bathroom key. Run the shower, and flush the toilet. Take the hair from the sink and look into the miror. Kill the fish to get the eye, and kill the crow to get the ear. After giving everything to the patient, re-enter the bathroom and look into the mirror, and then the sink. An eyeball should be in there and after picking it up you will get the achievement.

but what I do not understand is, which key is the one used to enter the bathroom? and where is it? in the guide it seems that he is in the pervert's room, but there I did not find any key, only the glue. and why can not I take the doctor's key? at this point I am stuck: /.

Sorry for being late to the party but can someone help me with that ? I can't find the key and the only key I see is in the doctor's office and he keeps telling me it's not mine so I can't grab it. :/

You get the doctor's key by turning off the light in the hallway and then going to his office. The key for the closet should be on the counter in the kitchen after u dealt with the spiders for the lunchlady, or in the pervert's room if i read right. It's possible that it is not needed/present in some routes, but i don't think so.
