For some reason i can't click on thé fuse box in the appartments. I restarted the level and followed the walkthrough but if still doesnt Work. Any ideas ?

Geez, I can't believe I'm doing this. I need no assisstance, nor any helpful tidbits in this particular discussion. There is one character that I have taken an interest in. He is the Masked Man. I would like to hear theories and ideas about him that some of you have come up with. What is behind his mask? Who is he? Where is he from? Does he have a far greater significance? Let me know what you think, please. All ideas are welcome, even if someone has already said them....
