How to view the art book?

I got the art book dlc but can't seem to find a way to view it.

Any assistance is appreciated! :)

It seems my game did not download the art book...but I thank you for your guidance!

I can't seem to make the game to download both DLCs, I welcome any suggestions...

Maybe you can give it a try.
This is the solution that I found in the DLC review.

Right click on the game
> DLC
> Cancel the Art Book install selection
> Reselect Install Art Book
> Manually update the game
> Go to the Heroine Anthem ZERO Digital Art Book.pdf in the installation directory.

Thank you so much clps925316, I right clicked the game in library but the DLC option was missing... I remembered now that I purchased the collector's edition [comes with a handkerchief and two coffee cup pads...etc] from a physical store and linked to steam via steam codes.

I got the contents in physical form but still would love to have the digital ones since the physical copy is destructible and fragile. I saw someone on steam who also once bought the physical copy of the collector's edition but managed to receive the DLCs digitally.

I think that would means Right click > content > DLC > cancel > reselect > update.
