[SOLVED] Stuck at the boss, any help?

I am stuck in a bossfight, in one of the dungeons near Eye of Obsidian, in the night desert. The place where you obtain multi-shot at the very entrance, on a shelf above magma.

I do not understand how to beat the boss. And I can't exit that level.

The boss is a duo of a monkey and a flying thing. They are both white, but change colors often. At the beginning of the fight game told me to shoot them both simulatenously. But however I try, they often regen their HP to full (this is not the case of yellow regen sphere). I don't know how to stop that regen to kill at least one of the two. And I do not know how to exit the battle, because the arena is surrounded by a barrier, and whever I load, I am inside.

Also, I do not understand how to evade some of the attacks. Such as: double shot from the flying thing (red mode) that creates an area of fire and ignites you. Somehow it always hits...

Any advice?

Solved it myself. Just in case anyonyone's interested: cheat a bit, climb onto some high point. from thre you will be able to shoot down the Flyer. And then you may proceed to killing the Ape. Healing is not healing really, it's just a very strong shield. If you manage to stun your enemy for some prolonged period of time, then each one of those will die easliy

Legendary post. Just made it here myself, tough fight for sure. Trying your method when I get off of work!
