unable to login in the account due to "an unregistered email address"
I have my account since joymax times, and since last update(jan 7 2025) im unable to login due to "an unregistered email address". i've already sent an email via support@gameking.com, however no one answers to that email, not even an automatic reply... can any GM or tecnical support look into this problem please? or is there any other option to send a support ticket so someone may check the problem?
the email was sent from the very same email of this account.
Note: the account isnt a steam account, but since theres no other way to comunicate with the game support, im trying here...

I have the same problem as well even though mine is valid, along with my log in id for their website and game.

I have the same problem however I found out that although you can't login to dmo.gameking.com you can still login to gameking.com with your account to send a support ticket. Now for the potential bad news I did just that and their response was that they can't do anything about the current email issue and if you want to still use the account you need to change the email address associated with the account. These are the instructions they gave me [please submit another ticket with the form below filled out. *WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING GMAIL. 1. Account Information: User ID 2. First email (email used when creating the account) 3. Current email 4. New email address to use 5. In-game Information: 1) Server: 2) Tamer Name: 3) Highest Tamer Level: 4) Highest Digimon Level 6. Account creation date (DD/MM/YYYY): Please check the list and send us the ticket.] and if your unfortunately like me you deleted the original account signup email so you don't know the exact creation date in which your out of luck and basically lose the account. I hope this helps you and anyone else that has this problem.

Actually, I managed to log in because the developer of the game isn't Gameking anymore, they transferred the account data of players of the game over to the servers of the new developer, my original server was Lilithmon and Gameking transferred my character over to the Alphamon server but it seems like they transferred an majority of players to the Omegamon server of the new dev, which you'll see it's status as "busy" due to how many people are actively logged in on it.

This is a different issue this isn't about the servers and character transfers this is about not even being able to login to the game or dmo website anymore because of a recent change/update gameking made to the account system in January. Also gameking is still the current dev they just cut the amount of servers down to 2 because of lack of player traffic in those servers and increasing costs for servers and that happened a long time ago.

Sorry that was my mistake move games is the dev that took over from wemade years ago so your right on that part, but gameking is still the current NA version publisher that took over from joymax. So while not the game dev gameking as the nadmo publisher makes the decisions for most of the changes and updates to the game version we play.
