Cant open dmo

When I click 'Play" in Steam , it suddenly said that :
Download File error
Filename:Launcher_317.zip
then it said :
Launcher failed
Need help :(

It is an internet issue, you have to use a vpn to allow the update manager to download, then after you can turn off the vpn and use it as normal.
