No. I also submitted a ticket to the GameKing website. The ticket sat unanswered for two months. Finally they closed the ticket without fixing my character and left the following automated message:

at least they did something i have 4 unanswered tickets since 1 year and on steam at least 6 messages unanswered, i dont know whats going on with them

It's a decent game but it's clear that the company running it does not prioritize it's players. Between the unanswered support tickets and the number of times friends of mine have been randomly banned, its time for me to let this game go.
