Unzip File False

Ok so basically every time I try to launch the launcher it updates for a while then spits out an error. Always the same Error but with a different file it's pointing at every single time. "Unzip File False (Date/file ###)" always the same with the exception that the file it points to is always different.

So far I've tried unistalling and re-installing... no change. (3rd)
Verifying the files... no change. (2nd)
Adding an exception for my firewall... no change. (1st)

Nothing has worked thus far.

Any ideas?
