To attempt to solve the Error: 1/3/Failed to receive the version info you need to:

1. Locate your Internet Router Firewall which usually can be found on the back of your router and looks like an IP Address.
2. Lower it to the Firewall to the minimal setting.
3. If this doesn't work, disable your Internet Router Firewall completely.
