Experiencing Antivirus/Game Guard Issues?

First of all, we would like to give words of appreciation to all your support!

It seems like many of you are experiencing antivirus/Game Guard issues when launching DMO. We believe that such issues are occurring because the two programs are conflicting with each other.

Just so you know, DMO does not distribute any viruses or harmful programs.

If you are the unlucky one to experience the mentioned issues above, please kindly inform us (on this thread) about your antivirus program and the developer it is distributed from.

If you have any questions, please feel free to let us know.

EDIT: If you are getting a GameGuard error (e.g. GameGuard Error : 380), please try the following steps.

1. Navigate to: C:\Movegames\DMO_GSP\ (default).
2. Delete the folder with the title 'GameGuard'.
3. Run the game again.

This will automatically install the most up-to-date version of GameGuard necessary for gameplay.

My antivirus is AVG and I have reinstall the game thrice because of this incident pls solve it asap.

Using free AVG, first got a popup saying I didnt have permission to access the .exe file, then AVG said it was a virus and deleted the .exe file.

Since iv checked alot of forums there is GMluncher exe problem even on Joymax they had problems iv found some solutions but they are not 100%..and i hate when they change something and ppl geting tons of problems 1st of all if u got (Windows stop working) u need to use Trublemaker to and change it to windows 7 or Vista as u like. Unless u got Error after pressing game start u need to find on google Baypass its other DMO exe it fix error for sure just find at my post links and u guys can try it

Right after having Game Guard finish doing what it's doing. Would that involve an AntiVirus at all?

This is out of hand....Everytime i open this game "nProtect gameguard Launcher Rev 298 stopped working..."
I think I can close all firewall and antivirus and restart computer will help...but..it not.
When i close all antivirus and restart I can play like..about 15 minute before it clash and "gameguard Launcher Rev 298 stopped working..."
And here i am...spend almost 70$ to buy egg and can't even play more than 15 minute...
That it if this problem can't fix i will never play this game again...
waste my time and money...

i will do the same bro. but lets wait until the next update of this game,

Ok guys iv got the solution 100% on Errors (get new Nvidia or Radeon drivers for your card) it works for me i know its weard but it works

Birdabo get new Graphic drivers it will fix it had the same problem now i can play trust me
