Banned for questing in the Digimon Maze 2F and aggressive behavior of one Player

Hello,

on September 6th I was questing with a friend of mine in the Digimon Maze 2F for the Omegamon quests.
We were farming the Crysalismon for the quest item as one player came over and asked if we are botting.
We told them that we are just farming for the above mentioned quest. After telling them, they went away.
About 1 hour later I was at the Stingmons for the next quest as I suddenly got a Macro Check on me which I passed normally.
The Player who checked me is called "EnvyMask".
They started talking to me and asked if I got the check.
I replied that I got the check and passed it and that I was farming for quest items with a friend.
But they started talking back aggressively saying that I got back when I got MPed and that I can't deny that I'm botting.
I tried talking to them normally but they keept going aggressively and banned me instantly for 30 days with the reason being "illegal program usage" while I only got very few sentences out in chat.
After I got banned they imminently proceeded to threaten my friend with a ban as well.

Yes. I have proof thanks to my friend who took screenshots of the conversation that also shows the aggressive behavior of EnvyMask.

I am aware that my last sentence in Part 2 wasn't very nice as well due to getting triggerd by EnvyMasks behavior.
My friend stopped playing at Part 7 to avoid any more conflict with EnvyMask because we knew we couldn't talk normally with them.

It has been nearly one week now since this happened.
I wrote a ticket to the support one day later about the incidence.
I know that I have to be patient. It's just unfair to get banned even thought I passed the Macro Check normally and getting accused for illegal program usage.
I hope that something positive can be done.

Well if your looking for sympathy here i doubt you will find it.
There is 2 reasons for that.

1 your not in party with ur friend. wich raises questions of your story being true.

2nd Your fatigue meter is almost 0 that means you where there for looooooong time
Normal player would have eaither used ride mode to heal up or used the cloth trick to get fatigue away. that amount of fatigue you have is not normal.

Ps: Envymask is not saying anything hostile not sure what your aiming at on that point.

Well i dont want to make a mess in this topic but there was one day which i went from the 1st quest in Maze F1 R1 till F3 R1 i got the screenshots too and it took me 10hours. Yes i was pretty tired but at same time i was determinated to reach that level of the floor for omegamon. And due to that i got fatigued several times so i guess its normal for him to have such fatigue since also there gets your fatigue down really fast.
Also im pretty sure the screenshots token were after his friend got banned and he was just taking screenshot of the conversation by scrolling chat. Thats all o_o

The screenshots you see in this forum post are made by my friend. Not me. You even get lead to a different Steam profile which is my friends Steam profile.
He made the screenshots after I got banned.
If I would've made the screenshots you would've seen a different tamer and name, different Digimon and a different perspective. I do not own an Impon at all.

2.
Keep in mind these screenshots are taken by my friend.
At the time the incidence happened I had 0 fatigue for like 2 hours. I only have one Digimon that has riding mode which also decreases the fatigue level but the problem is. The Digimon is under the Zones level limit. Sure I could just stand in a save spot but here's the thing, decreasing fatigue takes a quite a long while. Since the Digimons were all standing close to each other and the room being small I rather continued questing then standing for like 30 minutes till my fatigue level is fully restored.
To the "cloth trick", me and my friend are both casual players which means we don't know any tricks in the game. We play games for fun. This "cloth trick" you mention. We never heard of that before.

EnvyMask is being aggressive in both of our eyes because of the way she acted and writes.
Here is what it looks like in our eyes.
EnvyMask checks with a Macro check on us > Me telling I got the Macro check and did it correct + that I'm questing here with my friend > Resulting EnvyMask to write in chat that looks like this in our eyes:
"Oh hey! You got back as I checked! Goodbye Botter! Take 30 days rest kid!" > Banns me as my friend joins > "MMM another botter gone, god I hate them. OH! You must be his friend! If you don't screw off right now I'll ban you as well!" > My friend tries to reason with EnvyMask > " GOD YOU'RE THE WORST !!! YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING !!! " > My friend stops trying to talk with EnvyMask > Takes screenshots of conversation > Quits the game to avoid any more conflict with EnvyMask.

EnvyMasks behavior in this case is not okay at all making it look like that they just want to make trouble instead of doing something good.
The case could've been easily solved if EnvyMask didn't act aggressively instantly.
Which includes friendly conversation, finding strange behavior (to note on that they just walked to me watched for about 5 seconds and hit me with the Macro Check), find reasoning of act, find way of correct proofing and finding a solution for both of us. This would've only taken about 5 minutes longer. Instead they closed the case in under 1 minute with only talking to me.
I would've been open for everything to find a solution that suited us both nice. But they didn't even tried staying friendly. Which is "a shame".

EDIT: On second part. The fatigue level increases very fast in the Digimon Maze. 1 Level of fatigue goes by in what felt like 10 minutes.

Wow! I wish me and my friend are that lucky to get through the maze that fast! :D
Just before the incidence me and my friend were stuck in the Maze questing for 3 days where we took 3 - 6 hours a day in the maze.
And all we got so far was to reach Digimon Maze 2F, which is pretty sad.
At least we had small motivation that kept us going! :D Had...

there have been serious problems with some GM's being corrupt and harassing players for no reason other than to be a-holes. Gameking needs to do something about these few power corrupt egotist's.

I think you should better worry about your language like calling GMs "a-hole" before you criticize us. Yet you just saw parts of this incident and not the whole situation. This player has been banned as it's confirmed that player was using a macro program. If you're still complaining after you know the player used macro program, then I guess you should go play another game, because it is you players that demand admins to ban all the illegal program users. Regardless of how GMs do and what GMs do, you players are always full of complains and I know that, so I won't try to make excuses for the actions I did.

Sadly they ilegal players will allways complain.

I for one apriciate the GM for doing their job and cleaning the game for us.
I have been affected by botters in this game for far to many places.
And ive also witness the effect after a cleaning of the GM it does help us normal players aloot when you do cleaning.

Keep doing the good works GMs. Often I saw those who complain for wrong bans here, actually posting on Facebook admitting their illegal action (Bot); making me laugh when reading those posts ^^

Some people don't leave maze when they reach floor they want, no matter how fatique meter looks so that does not prove he is bot cause fatique lvl down. I just wonder what makes this botting.
Maybe gm's should send some kind log proves to show they have proves that guy botting to directly in that moment when gets banned instead only banned 999999hours etc.
(for the guy who gets banned not other people). Then there maybe would not be complaining or arguing was there bot actions going on or not.

Anyway if guy was not botting and was unfair ban.. safest place maybe city places to not get banned unfairly. Don't move from dats, don't type other players AND do not trade anything, don't use tags, don't breathe, don't buy crown with credit card.. nvm safest place offline. Anyway good luck with game. :)

We cannot share logs because they are heavily encrypted and part of our system. Revealing any of it could cause hackers to figure out our system and damage it even more than it already is so it is a no-go. But again, it is not the language or the talk-back that gets botters banned, it's their overall botting and log checking that decides if they get banned or not. It truely doesn't matter if you respond or not since your account gets tested.
