why I get BANNED

Hello digimon master online game master , my name frank i play GDMO since 2020/07/19 from omegamon server and now i get BANNED but before i get BANNED My internet is often disconnected every 5 minute and i try to login in this game and go to idgn and dc around 5-7 times i dont know i cant remember but its to much and i try login again now i can do idgn around 10 ticket and dc again , I have reset the router 2 times and login this game i remember i login to much every time when i dc becuz I'm sitting in front of the computer try to play this game i can relog in becuz im sitting and i go to dats center and i got notice i get banned from illegel program why i got banned i login around 13:00-13:45 i relogin and when i go idgn before i get banned i go with xternity party around 10-15 round i cant remember can u check i never use illegel program and u can check im login every 5 minit but just 5-6 time My internet has a problem. its not mean i use program to play this game maybe i will leave this game because get banned , i just try to play Trying to enter a dungeon idgn . I'm trying to find a party. but i have diconected I'm not using a cheat program. I log out from the game because my internet has problems only because my game can't connect. hope u all with team can check that i never use bot or everythig to get banned i love digimon i play this game 1 years i play 2500 hr hope my account can get unbanned and pls check that I'm not using a program or using an autologin.
