Can't login to my accounts

Hello , whenever i try to login to my accounts through the game i get "Unknown System Error,Please contact us via Q&A" , When i go to your site and try to login i get "Cancellation by the PS request " .

What does that mean ?
and how can i solve it? .

Unknown System Error occurs when you're trying to input a wrong username or wrong password. If you're getting this error we encourage you to re-check your spelling and/or change your current password to something new.
If you're unable to do this for yourself, we can help you if you request it.

i tried to login into the site but i get "Cancellation by the PS request " so i can't even login into my account on the site so i can contact you via Q&A .

also when ever i try to reset my password i get this error as well
"Mail cannot be sent because of the server problem:메일을 보내지 못했습니다. "

Did you made sure to have https:// on the website's url? if you simply put dmo.gameking.com it takes you to the unsafe version of the site. You need to add https:// before the dmo word

User ID (Not Name, but with what you log in):
E-Mail Used to Create your Account:
Current E-Mail:
New E-Mail and/or Password: (If you need to change it, if not, leave this blank)
Year when your Account was Created: (Ex.: 2017)
Country in which your Account was Created: (Ex.: Germany)
Tamer Name: (Tamer you play the most)
Server: (Server of the mentioned Tamer)
Tamer Level:
Mention at least 3 Digimons of your Possession: [Digimon Type, Name, Level], [Digimon Type, Name, Level], [Digimon Type, Name, Level]

And send it to them, they will be able to help you change your information if all that you provide is correct.

My user name and password are correct the problem is when i try to login using my user name and password i get "dmo.gameking.com says Cancellation by the PS request ." so i can't even login to my account so i can contact you via Q&A .

Also i can't create new account cause every time i try to reset password/create new account i get "dmo.gameking.com says Mail cannot be sent because of the server problem:메일을 보내지 못했습니다. " .

I don't know where the problem is .
