HELP GM. Lost Quest Items

Hi GM

I hope you can help. I was doing the quest, "Summoning The Devil Of Canyon", and I accidentally through away Data of HiAndromon, Murmukusmon and Slaydramon. Can you please help me re cover these items. I cant complete quest.

It is, but you have to complete it once before it becomes a daily quest. At the moment it is a Sub Quest

This information is required: Tamer name / Server name / date of when you discarded the quest items / required items

Tamer: MuscleSamSix
Server: Omegamon
Date: I can't remember the exact date, because it happened last year and I didn't know I messed up until recently. The time frame was between October and December 2018 and I completed the quests right after after each other. I know thats not super specific, but its all I have at this point. I hope still helps in some way. I am sorry I can't be more specific.

Please, do not invade other people's topics. It is against Steam Rules. This user did not send a Ticket yet so we could take the case this way. Unfortunately, you already did and it is already in the process of being completed. In order for us to avoid giving 2 times the same item over here and in Q&A, we only take 1 way of request per person.
