Glitched Falcomon Quest?

So when you get to Western Village: West area you'll be met with a few back and forth fetch quests right off the bat. My problem occured when after you get the medicine to heal Falcomon. He's supposed to give you "Keenan Kriers Necklace" quest after this but he curiously did not do this in my case. Now all the NPCs in this area have grayed out exclamation points over them and I can't continue any further as that was a Main quest. I can't just give it up and try again either as it actually LET me complete the previous quest. So now I'm stuck.
Wondering if anybody else had this problem and if there's any way to fix it without having to wait on GameKing.

Nevermin, I figured it out myself. I wasn't high enough level. lol
