Get Banned for using Team Viewer

i wanna back to play this game again and wanna ask about my problem the last time u get banned me because of using TeamViewer... i think team Viewer is not ilegal program n i already send all the prove too... and that screen shoot already prove that im not guilty...

Btw after i get banned i already talk to Renren n Katy about my prob too n they say i just need to wait the time... in QnA forum too... They say never use that again (Team Viewer) ok.. i accept that and wait the time... But after i wait the time its reseted and beginn the countdown again...
so i send the ticket again to QnA n they say because using PSC... n i dont accept that for QnA...

i wanna hear other peoples opinion about my problem... so am i guilty here or no?
maybe some ppl will ask why im using team viewer? the answer is because i cant not be always in front of my PC... so im using Ipad and play it in my Balcony in my home with my cat...

I want to add GM TOO as friends in Steam to discuss my Problem but dont know why i cant add them... Maybe can any GM here add me so we can talk about this problem?

What? i know maybe in the past im using that... but after i get banned 30D i didnt use any illegal program more (its already a long time ago)... u can check my history... and u say 10 Bann?

after a long break i have dicided that i want back to play DMO n i dont use any BOT
just team viewer... i think its not ilegal program that ppl cant use right? so if i make a mistake about this program being an ilegal program maybe i would apologize... but if i get warned, i will never do the same way again... i have a prove too and already send all that picture to u right?

so this is my mistake or what?
