Unjust 30 day ban

Hello,

first off I apologize beforehand for the wall of text, please bear with me :(

I was farming for Giromon seals at file island waterfront earlier today with Beelzebumon. During that time 4 different players hit me with macro protections. I answered all checks properly as I clicked the checks myself each time. The first player said nothing, hit me with a macro, I answered, passed.

The second person did say "hi" but I foolishly did not respond and decided to just continue killing the digis faster to secure the farm spot... I assumed it was just another player looking too take a spot instead of waiting their turn.

When the third person came, and said hi, with the second person still there, I responded "hi". The third person asked why I did not respond initially. It became apparent the third was with the second.This is when I realized I should have answered the second person. So after I said "I'm just farming in peace" I have been playing a bit but I never farmed in a popular seal spot before, I should have been more aware of the demand for the giro spot and limit farm time there or go somewhere else. I am traumatized now from ever farming at that giromon spot again at file island waterfront

Understandably the second person must have not believed me and called a third to observe me during the macro safe buff. The third person macroed me right after the safe buff. I passed the check again. The second and third person left.

Finally a fourth person came sometime later, said nothing and just used the macro protect on me again. After the fourth check was passed, I was banned shortly after, the message was "for using PSC". I do not bot in general, or use PSC, and never have.


I could not think of any reason for suspicions of me botting other than me farming a long time with breaks, and the following:


I do use a Razer Naga mouse, with the digimon abilities, other functions like loot button all keybinded to my mouse buttons. I did the keybinds using the dmo keybind settings menu. I changed the loot button to #7 on my mouse, and since I use beelzemon to farm seals, I changed the double impact ability to mouse button 1. This results in long rang quick farming. Even regular non razer naga mouse keybinds on a keyboard can make a similar setup for the smooth farm. everytime I kill a digi I quiclkiy mouse over the next target, press 1, then 7 to loot each drop. When looting right after a kill, the tamer autopaths towards the nearest loot, and with a long range digimon abilities, you can aggro the next digi while running to loot. So other than farming for a long time, I can sort of understand if that movement may have looked bot-like, but please believe me I do not use any programs at all to cheat. I love this game and would never risk losing my account...


Is there anyway a GM could verify that my account was not using a bot program. Does anyone know if a GM can help me? :( Can they verify my innocence somehow?

And yes I did contact gameking support via e-mail aswell, waiting on a response. I thought inquiring about this issue here could be worth a shot too. Also, why is this a 30day ban? I never offended before or saw a ban message before since starting this game. I apologize if I may sound desperate. I am just scared to lose my account over something that I am not guilty of. Please help. Thank you for your time/patience.

I also want to know. Where does the 30 day ban come from, is it from the MP system or a manual ban from GM after checking your activity?

I don't know if they are updating their bot detection system.
I only know, if you get ban from MP. You will only get maximum 24 hours banning.

I've checked your case and it seems that you're certainly under a 30 Day ban for detection of Illegal Program Usage, in this case, PSC Bot program.

Unfortunately, I can't do much about this since it is something systematic. Probably as you explained you have shortcuts to the skills via your advanced mouse, the program may have detected you being too fast in response and after being reported it decided to ban you.

I'd recommend trying to slow down a little bit until the program is fixed but I will speak with the development team about this issue regardless.

It saddens me to hear that this process may take a while to resolve, but I can understand the wait if the system is the way it is for now.

All I want is peace of mind, I need to know there is hope that my account can be cleared back to good standing after all is checked out. I am in shock that I was banned in the first place, but the 30day severity truly stung/scared me very badly. I never imagined this could happen, I feel sick with anxiety. I truly hope someone on the other end can prove my innocence somehow.

Anyways... Please let me know, if possible, if any miracles should happen, or when the account news is ready.

I hope you don't mind me asking too many things. But please bear with me again, Just some last worries/concerns/inquires I wish to clarify with you, and I will no longer bother you regarding this issue. And hopefully never again regarding any negative issues with this game that I love.


1) I have been hearing that a 30day ban is not right for a first time ban. Is this true?

If true, would this mean that there are previous offenses on my account already, in order to warrant the system giving me this type of penalty?

If so, how/why are those offenses on my account record? What were those offenses for? I truly am completey ignorant, confused, and would like some light on this for curiosity, or to educate me on what is happening. I truly am dumbfounded as to why/how this is happening to my account.



2) After the 30days have passed you mentioned that the account will be back to normal. By back to "normal", does this mean my account will revert to a normal account again, with no bad records haunting my account, and the chance to make a few mistakes?***

**(I do not plan to get banned in the future, or make mistakes, or plan to give the systam a reason to ban me... I feel robbed of the chance of a clean account. I have only been playing for 5 months now, and I feel like my account is already close to its end, and I have no idea why... ). ***

No bad records meaning that if one day I make a human error and miss an image from the macro check in the future, or the system makes an error. Would I be treated fairly like a new account that has no records? Or will the account be playable again, but with the stigma/risk of the next potential ban being a permanent ban?

3) And finally please be honest with me. Is there realistically any chance/hope of someone on the dev side of things, being able clear my name, in terms of my acccount standing, one day after the ban is over?

Can they check my activity record and confirm that I did indeed answer each macro protector image correctly as fast as I could around 3:00-3:21am (EST) November 20, 2017?

I will be sure to be extremely careful in the future with my mouse keybinds until that system detection/program you mentioned gets fixed, and cautious in general awareness. I really do not want to play this game in fear, only in peace.

Hey, I also have case like Sno...im gotta banned for 30 days cause reported as psc user...but seriously didn't bot like that....i was leveling in fiw with my party then i surrounded by 2 tamer as known admin and doing foolish thing by didn' respond anything and keep my leveling and kill digis...then i got first strike MP and i answered it....after that im trying changing my digi for tell them im not botting...but they didn't ask anyting to me and suddenly I immediately got banned...then i contact gameking support and reduce my ban 15 days....any GM can tell me my case?
