if i had to guess playing rumble chess lauches a whole new launcher which would prolly violate some of steam TOS. I mean its a game within a game something like rumble chess would need its own launcher that would need to apply for its own game slot on steam.

Think they're gonna put it up as a seperate game maybe? I'm sure there's tons of steam dmo players that'd love the game and would throw money to them for that pass.
