Voice Packs and Music packs

Hi there! I have been playing this game for some time now, but i noticed the game is very silent and doesnt have many voices. Theres a digimon talk button, but it doesnt make any sense because you are the only one that can read what your digimon says.

Then I noticed it leads to some sound pack, but it iss still silent. Searching online for an answer I found MANY cool voice packs for the game, including some from the dub and so on, and I REALLY wanted to use then.

But: is it illegal? I cant harm the game experience in any other way for other people, but Im still afraid I can get a ban or something like that. Should I be carefull?

modify the game yes is dangerous some admins say no but others say yes , because they detect you touch his files and think you boting or using exploits skins
