Level up reward

I got to level 10 and I did not get the rewards.
Obs:the normal rewards

I checked my Storage for Gifst and Co would you check it out yourself as well? i didn't received it as well by the way

I only got a mail when i reached just now level 20 and got my Reward but never happened to get my Level 10 Rewards....

check out your Gift box Lordjess you do have luck to receiving it i only got my level 20..

this tamer lvl 10 reward you talking about is the Event reward... you will get those rewards after maintenance on the 15th Nov ...

No it isn't the Event Reward at all it is a Reward for level ups all 10 levels i assume? or begining with level 10 first Reward Level 20 second reward but we didn't received the level 10 E-mail ingame Reward and nothing came in our Gift box....

well, you're not alone, it just happened to me a few hour ago,

I found what happened.
You only get a reward on account and not a server.

If you get to level 10 and decide to start over for whatever reason you won't receive the reward for reaching level 10 a second time.

Every level up reward is only given away once per account.

well then thats a different problem. i am a new player and only have 1 acc, 1 tamer. i do get lvl 10 and 20 reward, but didnt get it at lvl 30,40, and also the playtime reward. it did notice that we get the reward, but we didnt receive it.

first, you have take all the items on that gift storage. empty it out, then refresh.
