My friend was banned for Duplicate Items, but he is just a reseller. He said that 5 minutes before taking ban, bought 4x Berseker 30D from a person with nickname: Taoshe.
Taoshe's shop used to be full of rare items in large quantities, this must have resulted in my friend's ban.

He changed name lately? I remeber JablayGila always pming and asking if selling crown items, basicly he is reseller who wanna find cheap items and sell expensive :) also seems better not buy items from shops sience might get ban now?

Anyway last time he asked if selling crown items from me was sunday or saturnday. I don't also see it be bannable thing to be reseller..
Mostly I just ingore your friend and those prices he offer.. your friend is super annoying as buyer and trying lower prices from normal to minus..

Reselling is not a offence, if ur friend got banned for duplication it means his logs show's items but not how he got them, since all ur trades, shops, item pickups everything gets a log as to how. But yes they will check it out again, if they find suspect items then yes ur friend is toast.

I've checked the account and I understand why it was suspended for duplication. The suspended account is Lv 52 and has 8 stacks of 999 Seal Closers. I assume the account was suspended for that.

I'm sorry GM_KatyKat, but you GM's need to play the game, seal closer worth 2 ~ 10m a noob any would have it, anyway, my friend "PuspaCat" spends 15 hours playing this game only in Dats Center reselling items, said he was joining Teras to start uploading the account, with digimons that he liked and with damage. Why are you trying to get your friend's account unbanned instead of him? He might be your friend, but only he knows the truth. Just because he told you he's innocent, does not make it true. The GMs aren't going to just ban people that have a lot of ingame cash. Something flagged them to check out your friend, and it is likely that he was caught in the act.

Because he does not have a steam account, and asked for my help.
I get caught red-handed with 8 slot full of closer, this is no justification for ban, I do not think anyone is holy but be ban for having Seal Closer that costs less than 5m is ridiculous ...

Actually, we do play the game. I have been playing DMO since 2012 so. In any case, if it was true what you say that your friend is spending 15 hours to play a day, how come he is still lvl 52? It does not make any sense.

In any case, your friend's account will not be unbanned.

LOL seriously?? I didn't know that was illegal to buy many items in game, because you are banning him not because duplication but because he has.. wait 8 stacks of 999 seals closers, i mean really? closers?? O M F G I can't believe what I'm reading... you are doing a great job.
New rule to play: don't buy many cheap items for resell and don't try to use your reseller skills in this game because is forbidden (gms can't check logs or probe ilegals moves in game, they only see items and assume you are a duplicate bugger (fking logic).

1. There is no reason to buy and try to sell this garbage of an item nobody wants to close their seals they spent Teras on opening.
2. If your friend has legitly bought 7.992 closers he is the worst tradesman in the history of trade.

Oh ok I'm sorry for my overreaction but I think that with all those things that are happening because of the buggers / botters / cheaters, many innocent people are being penalized. The purchase and sale of items in dats center has been something that all the time has existed, I used it myself to get money and purchase items that Icould not get when I started (dungeon jewelry or cash shop items for example)
The game is not the same as before, and with all these abuses towards the players, it is becoming hostile and unpleasant.
I congratulate that you penalize those who commit unlawful acts, but there should be a correct investigation of each case and be clear in the reasons for the penalties, so as not to give rise to suspicions. There should be a section for that.

1. Once time (event pack seals which one box gives 500openers / 500closers) i bought some packs and some months later I put 2k of seals closer in shop 100m each, idk if was lucky or by mistake of somebody but the next day I had sold everything. Got 200T from that, I still have 2k+ of closers in warehouse.

2. I dont know him, I don't play in omegamon server. After that good sales i bought every seals closer that i see for 10m or less, and try to resell later (to be clear I never put names to my shops that cheat saying that I sell openers instead of closers)

Yes you got pretty lucky, probably a few players though they were openers as the item looks pretty much the same and it is a common scam in the game. Lots of players don't look correctly before they buy.

That makes no sense at all, you just can't ban a tamer because of there tamer level. They could have a separate account where they do all the buying/farming, they could have another account where they store all there valuables. You guys need to do a better job with this.
